  • Set a pick up for 5:00 and the driver never showed. Called at 5:30 saying they wouldn't be to my house until about 6, an entire hour late!! When I asked him why he said "I just got dispatched what do you want me to do about it!!" Drivers name was Steve. Apparently the dispatcher messed up. I really don't care what happened I just wanted to my son to get to his graduation dance on time. Cancelled because obviously I had to get my son to his event and then I received an email notification saying I would still be charged for the limo that never showed. Absolute BS. I called and they said they will refund my money. Let's hope they don't mess that up too!! Many many limo companies in Las Vegas...don't choose this one!
