  • I agree! Not a good place at all! In fact, it is the worst I've ever been to! I took my son in today for a routine check up. This was our first time here. I don't have dental insurance but I do have a dental discount plan which they accept...supposedly! They charged me $158 for X-Ray and cleaning with my discount plan. I asked them how much would it cost me if I didn't have a plan and they refused to tell me!!! They said they don't have prices to give me, they just go by the discount plan fees on the paper. I asked them 3 times, please give me the dental codes and what YOUR CASH PRICE WOULD BE and what I'm paying with my discount plan so I can compare and see my savings. (I work with the dental discount plan company and was happy to use the plan I offer to others and see the savings I get using our plan) They still didn't give me a breakdown of my bill!!!! Just said this is what you have to pay! We can't tell you what you would've paid without the discount plan. What??? Every dental office gives you a printed itemized bill, showing you 1, the dental codes, 2, original fees of the provider 3, discount plan fees with your specific plan. Not them, they completely refused to give me this information! Also, they took my 4 year old son in alone for the X-Ray, said I can't go in with him so I had to wait outside in the waiting room for about 15 minutes. When they finally called me in, my son was laying in the dental chair waiting for the doctor to come in. At that point, nothing but the X-ray was done... Then finally the dentist came in, spent about 15 seconds looking at his teeth and just told me to brush it twice per day, then she left. The dental assistant spent another 30 second looking at his mouth and used his brush to "clean" my son's teeth. I'm serious, it was no more then 30 seconds! Then he left... When I saw him again, I asked him "is the cleaning done?" He said, yes, you can go. My son did not get a cleaning at all! I paid $158 for nothing! I will never ever go back to that place again! Ever! This place is a RIP OFF! I wish I read the reviews before I decided to go there! :(
