  • They were very happy to take my money and place me on autopay for internet broadband that never had a signal. Then when I bought a new computer for Christmas, it isn't compatible with Windows 8 anyway. I explain I've paid on time every month and haven't gotten to use it even once, then ask if they have an upgrade? "No we don't do broadband anymore"
