  • Very frustrating. I purchased a chair from this store. It was a base chair with a slip cover. After being sold on the ease of having a slip cover and not a full upholstery chair I decided that I'd go with the slip cover. Being able to remove it and get it cleaned or changing it out sounded like a good solution. Well not so much. Pulled off the slip cover brought it to my dry cleaners (who I have taken other sensitive fabrics to before and done a lovely job) to be cleaned and the fabric has shrunk so much I can not get the cover to fit properly. It looks like crap. I stopped by the store to discuss my displeasure and had to wait until the three girls at the desk stopped talking to each other and helping the one other customer in the store to even be acknowledged. Now after they have contacted the manufacturer of the fabric there is only a 1 year warranty on the fabric?! It's a SLIP COVER and by nature it is supposed to be easily taken off and cleaned, right?! The store did not even attempt to do the right thing and replace or suggest they can build a new slip cover for me at cost or any such solution. They just said "sorry". Well ladies SORRY doesn't work. I will NEVER SHOP here again and hope that you do not as well. Go back to standing around.
