  • I hired Encore Food with Elegance to cater for my wife's 50th birthday party. We had about 40 people. I I found all the staff at Encore to be helpful, attentive and professional. Details of our event were seamlessly passed from one staff to another. Everyone seemed to be on the same page. As to the food: We received nothing but compliments from many, many of our guests for our choices which to be honest, were guided entirely by David Silber (Owner?). The servers at the party were very professional and the small glitches that resulted from our own forgetfulness were handled deftly by the service staff during the party. Thank you Encore for making this milestone event a success!!
