  • Busy Fitness Instructor I often stop at Booster Juice for a quick nutrition/protein kick between classes and in the past have been very please with the service. Typically fast & courteous. NOT SO TODAY. When I arrived there was only one other customer there and she was already being served, my presence wasn't acknowledged but no biggie, she's busy. Finally, she comes to the cash, but my only acknowledgement is a "I need to cash her out". By now 10 minutes have already gone by from when I walked in. I step to the side to let them proceed and the clerk looks past me to the next person who just walked in and asks them for their order and then proceeds to walk back and start prepping the smoothie . I'm looking around like wth and I guess she realized and came back and asked for my order as she finished cashing out the previous customer. The POS washy working to process my order so she then asked another customer who walked I. For his order and went back to do the drinks. By now I'm completely frustrated and out of time, so I told her to forget it and walked out. I don't think I'll be recommending Booster Juice to my clients any longer.
