  • These guys were awesome! I hired them last year and I just hired them again for my second move in the phoenix area. Pros -Showed up on time -Affordable price -Super friendly, I wish I remembered their names -DIDNT BREAK OR SCRATCH A SINGLE THING (amazing). They had to go up/down stairs and into doors around difficult corners. -Very quick! Especially when they charge by the hour (took two hours total for an apartment) -Efficient packers. They packed up everything and placed it all perfectly. My closet was full and everything was on hangers and they just wrapped it up in a blanket and put it in my new place haha. Cons -I dont move very often ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- After my second experience, I need to reduce the star rating from 5 to 2. It is obvious that the experience is dependent on the specific movers. Pros -Showed up on time -Very quick! Took 2.25 hours for the full thing. Cons -Price wasnt explained to me correctly so there were hidden costs this time around, it was over double the price (from $240 to over $500) from last time. I moved further away but that didnt make sense to me, I did add one mover but I was told that would only be a change in hourly fee from $119 to $149. Time was very similar to last time (2 hrs to 2.25 hrs) -Not super friendly, but this didnt affect my star rating because I consider it icing on the cake. Seemed annoyed with certain things (like packing things up even though I had almost everything in boxes) and they weren't very professional. The last guys did little things like checked everything was good to go before departing and letting me put the bedskirt on the bed before they put the mattress on. -Left multiple things in my apartment that I specifically pointed out to take and took the cleaning supplies so I was unpleasantly surprised that the cleaning supplies weren't there when I returned to clean later in the day. -Had a really absurd number of things they didnt want to take for fear of breaking (lamp shades, light bulbs, LOTS of glassware, pictures, etc.) so I ended up doing multiple trips. -My furniture was scratched or dinged in multiple places. It was mainly the newer guys but I watched them run into walls and drop things and obviously it resulted in damages. Also as a recommendation - I would stick with 2 movers, I paid more hourly this time but instead of 2 experienced movers I had 1 experienced and 2 new guys. The 2 guys were much more efficient than the 3 (in my opinion). I doubt I will hire them again.
