  • There ad is very misleading and the cusotmer service is bad....the apartment are small compare to there competion, they claim to be luxury they are not, just go and compare them to a Mark Taylor Apartment..,..the only thing good about the apartment is, the granite, but why pay so much for some granite. The model apartment is 10 times better than the real one. Don't be fool. This is an above average apartment, this is not a luxury apartment. The apartment is actually 26 years old and was renovated to be new like. So that is bad. Go to Trillium Papago or Mark Taylor, same price better deal. When I move in I was missing carpet in my closet. It took them like 7 days to fix it. Great service. In addition there online ad is misleading. online it states the two bedroom was 776, but the problem is the renovated one is 1,015 a month, that is really expensive, for 1,000 you can go anywhere in phoenix and get the best stuff. Same price as Mark Taylor... Best part about the apartment is its close proxmity to ASU (Mark Taylor apartment or also close to ASU!) and is dog friendly alot of place to walk your dog on grass, that could explain for the 90 percent occupancy, but they have bad customer service, the apartment is 26 year old but it has been renovated, but it is still a 26 year old apartment If you have a dog, than its great, great dog park...its a dog lover apartment!
