  • I was really shocked when I went to the gym on Dec 1 to find it locked and permanently closed. YSF was easily the best gym in the area. I had no choice but to sign up for Goodlife Bloor park and I think they have 10 times as many cardio machines as Olympic barbells. It doesn't come close to the tons of stuff YSF had, especially for legs. What a sad day - I'm surprised the owner didn't give people more notice but after running the gym for over 10 years I find it hard to believe he's some sort of con man. Unfortunately these things happen but an explanation would have been nice - maybe someone else will take it over so we have a decent gym in dt Toronto.
