| - If I could only give zero....
It seems to me that several of the other reviewers had the exact same experience I had with their salesman. First, he insulted me completely by insisting he come back another time when my husband could be present. He didn't want to have to go through his demonstration twice, after all. The funny thing about that is my husband would never sit for nearly 2 hours of that nonsense. Second, during the sales pitch, which had more to do with how wonderful the company is than the product, I found myself wondering if the salesman was on drugs or having a medical episode. I kept asking if he was okay for he kept losing his place and repeating himself, falling out of the chair, spilling the contents of his briefcase and breaking his sample window. Lastly, when he finally got to the quote, I told him thank you and that I would be comparing it to other estimates and would let him know what I decide. He appeared annoyed by this and told me that he was right in thinking that I could not make a decision without my husband. If this is how Universal Windows treats perspective customers, I am not willing to do business with them, regardless of how impressed I was with the product.
