  • I took my ford Flex here for an antifreeze leak. We were told it was the water pump and was told this would fix the problem! 1 week and $1700 later we got our car back to discover it was still leaking. We took it back to them and was told it would be another $700-$1400 to fix the leak. We decided to take our car to another mechanic and the leak was fixed for $175. We were ripped off by Ford. They didn't even offer a discount to really fix it after we just payed them $1700 for them not to fix it! Stay away from this shop.
