  • Horrible customer service. Upon my arrival I was promptly put into a station for a pedicure; that's when everything went downhill. I was there for 45 minutes before anyone approached me, meanwhile my feet were soaking in cold water. When one of the technicians finally started to work on me, she tended to one foot for 5 minutes then left to help another customer for 15 minutes. Then she came back to finish the job. My biggest regret was that I didn't walkout after 30 minutes. Stay away from this place if you value customer service.
