  • I was at this restaurant in early October of this year to celebrate my bachelorette party. When we got to the restaurant at 7pm (our reservation time) we waited about a full hour and a half to get our meal. When I got my meal, I noticed that the rice was undercooked. Actually it was dry and crunchy in my mouth. I called the waiter over to complain, but instead of apologizing and offering me something else, he began to argue with me, trying to explain that the rice is supposed to be that way. Anyway, he didn't back out of the argument. I told him I will not pay for the food and he just walked away. My friend then went over to speak to him and to tell him how rude he was and that she wanted to speak to the manager. Turned out that HE WAS the manager! Needless to say, we couldn't get an apology out of him, however he did subtract the dish off the bill, after endless arguments back and forth. Some people never learn how to treat their customers. Very bad service, indeed. Will not return.
