  • Booked a car from SixT on carrentals.com. I was staying at the Oasis RV park, so I take a cab to SixT to pick up the car I had reserved. I arrive with my reservation in hand and am told that they are out of cars and can't honor my reservation. I am wondering what the purpose of a reservation is at this point? The person at the counter said that I should be getting a cancellation notice via email but that it might not have arrived yet since my reservation was made earlier in the same day. I am still waiting for the cancellation email by the way.....
