The idea here is good. All different kinds of doctors in one walk-in clinic.
The building is old and not very well maintained.
The place is chaotic and disorganized.
I went in, told the reception girl exactly why I was there - for a depo shot, filled out a paper and took a seat.
I was called quickly, which impressed me at the time. I went upstairs to another waiting room. It was a longer wait in there. When I was finally seen, the doctor told me how bad depo is and looked up on her smart phone details to read me and told me I shouldn't smoke. OK, whatever... thanks for the tips. Can I get my shot now? No. The doctor said she had to send me to a different doctor for it and handed me a paper referring me to the Women's Clinic/Gyno. I read that and said, "I thought that's where I was". No. The people downstairs put me on the list to see the Endocrinologist. Awesome. So over an hour already wasted, I go back to the reception counter, hand the girl the paper and repeat that I am there just for the shot. She looks confused then tells me the Gyno won't be in for 2-hours. Thank you very much. I'm done. And won't be back.
1-star for wasting my time and for being so disorganized and poorly maintained. I didn't see the doctor I needed to see to get what I'd come in for but I was not impressed with the doctor I did see or the clinic overall.
