  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Or should I say, total lack of customer service. Sent messages via their website with no response, waited on hold for over an hour, no answer. And again several times for 15 to 30 minutes between other calls and meetings. Had the neighbor remove their dumpster from our property with a forklift. It disappeared and I never heard from them since. I WILL NEVER CONTRACT THEM AGAIN!!!!!!! WORST REFUSE COMPANY I HAVE WORKED WITH IN 30 years in business!!!!! Beware your blood pressure and sanity!!!!
