I'm a recent transplant from California to Las Vegas. I'm still trying to find the sushi place to replace my favorite in Lake Forest, CA. I feel like once I find the rolls I like at I Love Sushi, this will be the place.. but I'm still searching. I haven't settled on one I really like yet. I am really not happy with the caliber of affordable sushi to be had in L.V. (Of course the super pricey places on the strip like Nobu are amazing, but who can eat there once a week?) - All you can eat sushi is never as good a quality as regular a'la cart sushi. And every place I find here in L.V. is all you can eat! It's something with the consistency of the rice and the quality of the fish. I Love Sushi has quality fish. Now if I can find one of their rolls that's similar to my favorite Jak Sal roll at my old Cali place I can finally settle down to a regular joint that I can visit weekly.
