  • Hiroki was recommended to me by a friend back at a different salon and I've been a fan ever since. He takes his job very seriously and pays attention to detail so I know my hair is good hands! All of my experiences with Hiroki and n15 salon have been great and I am happy to recommend them to my friends. Pros: -Super nice staff that is very professional and have great results -Comfy chairs when you get your hair washed BONUS benefit is the scalp massage -Staff give honest feedback about your hair choices and tell you what will and will not work based on your hair texture/charactistics -Free tea and water -Wi-fi -Save extra when paying with cash. -Great smelling products -Interior is super cute -Can schedule online -Different promos on their instagram every now and then Cons: -Upfront pricing They usually tell you the price at after the service done and can sometimes come as a surprise. It may be better to ask before hand how much something will be if this is a concern. -A bit pricey Compared to other salons, this is a bit more pricey than I'm used to however I've always left happy and I don't always go to the salon. Also the location of the salon is really close to the station so I'm sure the pricing of services is affected by how convenient the location is.
