  • If I could leave zero stars I would. I don't know Nancy, but the company Go Global is one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with. We have asked them repeatedly to take care of issues at our Business at West Flamingo Plaza to no avail. There is dog waste that we have asked to have removed by the landscapers and Go Global said they would and never did. We have a metal grate over a utilities area that is rusted out and disintegrating and of general hazard that we have asked to be replaced but they have not. They had work done and the workers left a mound of trash outside of the dumpster that Republic Services will obviously not pick up and we had to call Go Global REPEATEDLY to have them finally clean up the area. When one of the tenants vacated they left furniture and trash outside of their suite and we had to AGAIN call Go Global REPEATEDLY to remove the waste. When we discussed the trash situation with them they told us we were over filling it. One, this wasn't true, their workers working on the vacant units were filling it with bulky items, and two, what are we supposed to do with our trash? Leave it in the office? They should make arrangements for an extra dumpster if that is the problem. Overall they are an awful, rude, unresponsive company and I would NEVER do any sort of business with them again.
