  • My partner and I walked in after purchasing a groupon, the person who waited on us told us we had to wait 3 hours to use the coupon (it says nothing of that on the groupon), and then the owner came to talk to us. He said the same thing about having to wait 3 hours after the purchased groupon. THE GROUPON SAYS NOTHING ABOUT THAT. My partner was in the restroom, he told me I can't hookah alone, and then I told him that my "friend" is in the bathroom. I asked him how much hookahing would be if we wanted to stay, he said $14.99. He was not understanding about how the groupon said nothing about having to wait 3 hours to use it, and the owner and staff were not welcoming. It was horrible costumer service. We felt that we were not welcome for some reason. We drove 20 miles to use the Groupon and the owner was not apologetic at all and even encouraged us to leave a bad review on Yelp.
