  • I purchased a brand new (less expensive) computer and of course it was slow as soon as I got it up and running. BB and HP wanted to charge me an ungodly amount to even LOOK at it, much less fix it. This was very frustrating because it was brand new. I chose this company to look at my computer only because there was no charges to diagnose. He knew within a day what the issue was and fixed it right away. I had my computer back within 2 days at way less than the other company's wanted to charge me. It is super fast now and I am very pleased. The communication between the owner and myself was informative and timely and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or cheated. Very good experience.
