  • Quoted me $4k for a small roofing and framing job. They started very soon, which was good. But soon after they had uncovered the (old) roof, I get a phone call with a demand of $3,500 extra, supposedly for the extra risk involved (as I was explained later). Basically, they held me hostage as the open roof was holding up the bigger renovation project going on in the building. Will not hire Junior again.
