  • This place is legit. Not to be compared in any way with a Robertos other than interior seating style, Frank serves up an amazing variety of tasty Mexican eats. Frank can often be seen working in the restaurant. You'll know him by his big smile and warm demeanor. It's clear he opened this restaurant because he loves to feed people with the delicious meals he provides - he'll often make quick rounds through the tables with a "thumbs up?" look, making sure you're happy with his eats. My favorite - Adobada Torta. Thin, soft bread (almost like a Mexican style pita bread), warmed to a nice crisp on the flattop. Crispy and flavorful Adobada pork is generously added with a fresh, cooling slaw. A nice combination of crunch, fat, heat, salt, and fresh. A good sized meal even for big-eaters, this is my "go to" at less than $8. Zero complaints about this place. I'd love to see him open up a spot with more tables and a "dinner" atmosphere, but until then, this is the lunch spot you can't miss.
