Be Careful. Use him at your own risk. Awful! Customer service. Doesn't even qualify as customer service. If I could give this review less than the one star available I would. I called 5/15/17 and Chad made the appointment for 5/23/17 between 2pm-3pm.
At the initial call, all seemed well. Chad offered that grooming can include cuts. I told him great, my dog loves to be shaved for his summer cut. In his youth, he was a Blue Ribbon Show Dog so he is very well behaved. I adopted him when the owner moved on to different breeds and I used to take him with me to all my job sites that I worked. As for me, it's important that I find a good mobile groomer because I tore my back up and can barely stand or lean over to bath or shave him.
Chad never showed, never called and never returned either of my two messages looking for him during the appointment window. I just don't understand the lack of communication.
I trusted that I would receive the same service in his Yelp reviews. I wrote this so future customers can get a better follow through on his commitments.
