  • Rajat Sood MD tore my spleen during a colonoscopy on 9/17/14 and I just finished paying off the hospital bill. I tried to get him to pay it but he just said he could make sure I never had to pay a co pay to him again. I told him I can do that too and fired him. It took him two days to come see me in the hospital after my ER Dr kept calling him. When he arrived, he said he couldn't believe this happened to him. I said,"happened to you? It happened to me." What a narcissist. I turned him into the AMA and tried to sue him for my hospital bill (30,000) but the lawyers said that although it is a malpractice case, since I didn't need my spleen removed and I survived, they didn't think it was worth it to pursue. I would stay clear of this doctor, and I use the term "doctor" loosely. Because of him, I will never have another colonoscopy again in my life.
