I had a gel manicure done here that chipped and cracked after a few days. I went back 4 days later, explained to the manager that I wanted them completely redone, not just have the chipped/cracked ones "repaired". I explained that I needed my nails to last because I was going out of town for a wedding I was standing up in. The manager complied but asked a lot about the woman that originally did them, once I saw her I pointed her out. He spoke to her and then she came to talk to me, visibly upset. She told me, in a raised voice, that I was there 2 weeks ago and not just a few days before. I told her that I had my receipt, she demanded "Where? Let me see it." After showing her the date on the receipt I told her and the manager I did not appreciate being yelled at and being accused of lying about when I had originally come in. I was already upset about having to come back to the salon a second time, squeezing the time in right before I left town, but to be yelled at...not cool. I will not be back.
