  • Bought a 2013 SUV here which has had nothing but problems since I got it. The service department never fixes the problems whenever I take it in. I also dropped my car off for service, repeatedly specifying to call my husband when it was finished because I was leaving the country and would not have access to my voicemail. Four days later when I returned, I had multiple voicemails telling me I should have picked my car up already and they were frustrated they couldn't get ahold of me.
