  • My only goal is to swim here. The water is hardly clear, it has been cloudy. I complained once to YMCA headquarter; they just delegate this problem back to Hillcrest; nothing was changed. Been a member for 2 years. I went swimming today, the water was not only cloudy, but it was GREEN! very disgusting! I think the director here only thinks about generating more revenue (by cancelling all the week night's adult lap swim schedules, and replace them with more swimming classes); and he/she does not care about the quality and sanitary of the pool. The water is so dull and green today and it makes me wonder how long it has been used as a public restroom. I wouldn't put my face under the water today and immediately I signed up a membership with another gym. Another gym told me they check the pool twice a day, and they do have a clean pool!
