  • The worst airline I've ever experienced. They delayed my flight twice in one day and when I finally show up they tell me I missed my flight while I was checking online for flight status. So then they tell me they could fly again but not till 3 days. It was ridiculous. No wonder my friends have told me it's a bad airlines. Maybe that's why it's cheap. They ruined my whole 4 day trip to Seattle and I lost a lot of money. Never again. I rather pay more next time knowing my flight is going to make it.
