  • My daughter and I stopped in there for our first time on 05/30/2017, I'm less than impressed. I'm not sure if everyone there was just having a bad day or if the customer service is always so poor. We both felt less than pampered. For $113.00, I would expect to be pampered just a bit. I'd like to feel valued. I'd like to feel appreciated. My gel manicure is far from good. I picked out a very light pink as my nails are very short. I have dark pink. My cuticles are not trimmed well. On my pedicure, I paid extra for the removal of callus. I had to go home and redo. My daughter was "yelled" at because she wanted her nails rounded. They are square. We wanted to be "pampered" to begin our New York trip tomorrow. It is a trip of a lifetime for us. So disappointed. I won't be back and would never recommend. ***UPDATE*** After the sweet and kind reply, I went back to give them a second chance m the experiences was awesome! ! I had a mani/pedi and my eye brows done. I've now moved several miles out of the area but I will continue to go there. Thank you so much for my new experience.
