  • Worst moving experience ever. Wasted my money with excessive tape use. Did not bring small and medium boxes as listed on inventory bringing only large dish pack and wardrobe boxes that cost more than double as well as double the labor to fill those boxes. Was continuously told about excessive ridiculous tape useage, I ended paying for 40 rolls of tape. I only had about 25 boxes, so 40 rolls of tape is extremely excessive. Only sent 2 movers when was told 3 to 4. Was told 2 years experience before out in the field, yet 1 of the 2 movers just arrived from Cuba a few months prior. Broke tile in my kitchen, lost hotel reservation with no redund as movers didn't get done til 1230am. Yes after midnight. Has had a week notice of my new address, yet am told it will be another 5 days before I get my stuff. Stuff so randomly packed I would be shocked if my stuff isn't broken. You shouldn't pack heavy kitchen appliances like bread maker, crockpot, and cast iron pans on top of wine glasses and fine china. Zero common sense with the packers. Forcing me to pay $1400 more. Because they didn't pack condensly, forced me to pay for larger boxes. Ended up packing many items myself and bringing them with me because they didn't pack everything even though I paid for a full pack. Will milk you and nickel and dime you. Horrible experience. I don't recommend them. Supervisor refuses to get on the phone or return my calls to address my concerns. Update...received a call from a supervisor after posting the review. He did offer a discount to help compensate for my losses. I updated the review to give 3 stars as they attempted to make it right and finally contacted me to resolve the issues.
