  • First, and the positive, he did fix what I needed him for competently and well. However, I won't use him again, as I have a beef about his billing. He charges a certain amount for the first hour and by the half hour after that. Fine. However, I had work that took him 45-50 minutes and he charged for an hour and a half. First, as far as I can tell, he just flatly lied on the form. He wrote that he started work at 25 after the hour. However, I looked at the program I had been working in before he arrived later to confirm, and I had clocked out at 33 after, and that was still several minutes before he arrived. Even that wouldn't have pushed me over the one hour mark, but apparently he also charges for chatting about my dog and the items in my home and going back out to the van to get his tablet, and slowly filling out paperwork. In general, it was either unprofessional/careless or intentionally sleezy. I don't know which.
