  • I wish I had "yelped" this business before I called them. I have the same complaint as some of the other one star reviews. The "upselling" is ridiculous. All I needed was 2-3 valves installed on an RO system so I could have a new refrigerator installed. The technician came back with his "options". One of them being a complete new water softener system, RO system and new faucet. I was pressed for time because the refrigerator was being delivered but I should have paid my 29.99 and sent him on his way. The work was done well, although I know I over paid, the serviceman was courteous but the dog and pony show they train him to put on is something my wallet and I could have gone without!
