  • Sooo myself and a few of my friend went to Vegas for a turn around trip. Sat to sun. What a HORRIBLE experience !!!I would not stay here again if they give me a free room. Sat morning.. Called for early check in 30$ lmao What????!!!! Ok.. Never mind we will float around until 3pm. So we get to Hooters at 2:53 pm get a room on the 4th fl and as soon as we opened the door a bad smell of mildew hit us and with some having asthma and allergies this is a no no. Called for a manager we got the head of house keeping.. (1 st joke ) she said we just cleaned the carpet .. Huh? ok, we need a new room so we had to carry everything back down and wait back in line we get a lady name H (later found out she is the manager) she put us on the 18 Th floor said it was new carpet and new bed ? ( not sure about that but, we will take it ) Room was ok . We leave to go out and long story short one friend went back to the room 3 of us stayed out, came back to the room around 1am got to the 18th fl and our key would not open the door we hear a lil noise ( thought someone was having adult time) didn't pay it any mind continued to try and get the door open and we hear yelling and screaming and some talking that was in Spanish and a door slam then stop, help, I can't take this anymore needles to say her man was beating the shit out of her .. We get scared thinking that maybe he would come out and see us trying to get in out room and start trouble with us so I'm trying to google the hotel for the number so I can call for help and my friend got her phone and called our other friend that was in the room sleep. We get in call for help from our room .. They come about 10 min later ( maybe more 2nd joke ) I go out and tell them what happen and we are scared they say go back in the room they stand by the door to see if they hear anything and they started again the men was beating her .. Smh .. So they say open up he did and they say miss are you ok ( I didn't hear what was said but the two guys walked by our room as they left and said code 4 I guess that means clear problem over . 3rd joke) but at the end of it all no one from Hooters called our room and even asked if we would have liked to be moved. we all slept with one eye open and checked out at 730 that morning this was the soonest we could. at this point we had enough and was just ready to go home . While checking out we could not get any type of refund ( because the manager H wasn't in till 2pm 4th joke)so I walk over to talk to the security ( because you have to go though them to make a complaint Hooters is private owned) while telling them the story one guy says was he BLACK HUH? What the fuck does that mean? Only black men beat women ? Smh (5th joke)but this really has to be a joke.) Ok ok it's really time to go , head of security knew nothing about this I wonder why.Please never stay here 100$ is not worth all the shit you will go though and after all of this my friend is still trying to get our money back . That's the least they can do right? As you can tell this hotel is full of jokes and bad management as well as crappy rooms.and they should have called the police. Very bad hotel beware
