  • The Banoffee pie, individual donut and the macarons are amazing!!!! I'm sure the other desserts are just as delicious. The reason for my 4-star - the service isn't always consistent. I came in on a busy Saturday around 5:30. I had made a phone order for the Banoffee pie. Ready to pay, I stood around as two customers that came after me were served before me. Another Nadege employee finally saw me and asked how she could help me. I let her know what had happened and she simply answered, "sorry - we're busy". There should be some organization and a level of customer service. There is a reason why so many establishments use something called a line-up system...it works - you ensure all customers are looked after and served in an orderly manner.
