  • I've had great experience with Penske Auto at their BMW, Maserati but not at all for Landrover. It's also frustrating when there's no other competition in town so you're just stuck with terrible customer service. When I went to pick up my new Velar, they tried to deliver the wrong vehicle so had to wait for the correction to be made. Then they overcharged my credit card and that took over a month to get it refunded. There's an o repayment on my pay off for the trade in and they are playing dumb about that now when our trade in vehicle contacted us to let us know there's a refund that we need to ask for. Now engine service light is on and they said to just continue driving it until they can fit us in 11/16/17.
