  • Very unprofessional company. They had failed to mention I need to change my auto pay date when I called in to change my due date on my loan. How does this make any sense? Now, I have to deal with the overages I wasn't prepared for. This credit union is a joke and need to train their employees more thoroughly. Very disappointed.
