  • I have been going to Dolce at Arrowhead for a few years now and have never had anything but wonderful experiences! Zac Watson has been my stylist from the beginning and I would never want to give him up or change a thing. His hair cutting technique is wonderful and his talent with coloring is, by far, the best I've ever had. I do not have simple hair to work with - quite long, several different color tones including a long streak of fun pink. I even take my 9 year old daughter to Zac who has a sweet wedge cut and she is in love with his work too. As for other parts of the salon, I have had numerous waxing sessions and have always been more than satisfied. Contrary to what some of the reviews have stated, I was given an in-depth questionnaire to determine what would be best for my skin type, etc; and I was in great hands with my esthetician. The front desk staff has always been very affable and helpful in scheduling appointments and, yes, they are given a list of "suggested products" at the end of each appointment which is simply refused by saying "no thanks". This is not some bizarre practiced as I've always been offered products and the end of salon sessions regardless of the salong (Rolf's, Pucci, etc; - standard practice as well). I can only speak from my experience and that of my daughter's, but after years of patronage, I would not go anywhere else.
