  • Horrible customer service. My wife and I rented a car from them because they offered no credit check and low rates for under 25 . So we started with a mid size vehicle , On our way to Califonia the brakes started to act up (on the Cajon pass) very scary so we got a hotel and called the rental car place the next day to let them know, the agent who was very unprofessional said he had a sister company in Los Angels , So we can trade the car in and get a SAFER car, we went and it was a very compact car not confortable for our road trip at all , but they said that's all they had so we took it . Upon returning the car we where a little late due to traffic on the hwy , I polity called to let them know , They ask if we needed a shuttle back to our home as well , the answer was yes thank you. Where to they asked I told them and they said no problem , so we returned the car ,2 men in office who was trying to argue with us that nothing was wrong with the first car ....,so anyways we signed paperwork then was ready for our shuttle home. We once again told them where and they said NO we don't go on that side of town (15 min)and not the ghetto away. Now we where stuck with them.closing the office on us . They said to us go across the street Best Western will call a cab for you. Wow I cloud have followed my wife in our own car and would have been fine but they insisted on taking us back home . Don't rent from here if you have no credit and under 25 , Having a little problems renting? ...there is a couple places near by.
