  • Hired them for air duct Cleanning, on 07/25/17 2 stars because rep was nice. But nice doesn't always cut it. When you first call the office rep answers the phone tells you 150 for every single duct no matter what. Then he tells you they have only on slot left for an appointment, as I am sure they know the competition is really booked. So I booked them. Tech shows up nice guy, hooks up the machine in the downstairs, then he says, I'll start up stairs, pulls up shop vac and duster and only cleans bedrooms and den. I ask about the bathrooms and walk in closets his response is " those are too small they don't matter. Finishes unhooks machine then leaves. Stating that machine takes care of down stairs. So they fail to give you enough details, such as not all air ducts are manually cleaned and getting the unit cleaned is a sept price not included in the $150. For company that claims to have been around for so many years doing the same specialty I would expect them to operate more thorough manner. I'll update later, to see if my issue (reason for calling) clears up.
