  • Learned now I am allergic to soy, so it makes sushi difficult and not as fun! Soy & gluten allergies together makes for eating cardboard!, however Alex & Ryan are making me a special roll based on my allergies and some ingredients I would love to have! These guys are just amazing!!!! AMAZING! Been having them roll sushi for me for almost ten years now, and SOOOOO FITTING they have their own place!
