Very disapponting. I am a regular SBUX visitor and been to my fair share of stores including this one. My general observation is that this store service is geared toward s drive-through and even when not busy service is BAD... People at the register have no clue and do need more training... This review, though, is triggered specifically by today's visit. I came in today for some new Starbucks Reserve coffee the day the new coffee was suppose to be released (2nd tuesday of the month)... The girl at the register had no idea what i was talking about. Manager had to go to the back to get the new stuff after i had to explain what i wanted. Coffee display not up to date and they are tyring to sell premium reserve coffee... 2nd - noone seems to know how to use Clover and the barista had to go through 2 tries to get it right... All in all $4.22 spent and 20 minutes of shitty service and wait later i have my coffee... I hope mgmt reads this and can address my concerns.
