  • HORRIBLE SERVICE! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! RACIST, SNOBBY, & UNEDUCATED WORKERS! By far the most rude people I have ever met, & I travel a lot. I live in Hawaii & visited this mall with an aunt of mine. I needed help finding the right shade of foundation. I was ignored 3 TIMES! Instead of helping 6 other customers, she decided that talking crap about another employee was more important. Who in the world is paying these uneducated & lazy girls? The third time the female worker sneered at me, & all the other workers held their noses up high at me & many other customers needing help. When I exited the store I heard another worker laugh about a black customer, & how she "resembles a monkey". I have filed a complaint to MAC. That was the last straw. Hands down, worst employees of the year. Good job MAC, you've outdone yourself!
