  • This company is unprofessional, unethical and down right dirty! I went through my insurance company and got these folks. The tow driver shows up quickly which is the only positive thing I can say. He damages my car, $1,000 worth. The manager, Rob and the tow driver Gus, lied to the insurance company so they wouldn't have to show liability. The tow driver tells me of his criminal past, as he drives me to my home. I'm an officer and I assumed he thought it was okay too, I do get that alot for some odd reason. I'm so angry they are screwing me over on the damage, I have taken excellent care of my car since I bought it and shouldn't have to pay for someone else's negligent behaviors. Top it off, the manager Rob begins to scream at me when I call to speak to his owner, Mike because he feels I should listen to why I am wrong to hold them responsible. He refused to take my number or let me speak to thr owner. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. EVERY SITE HAS HORROR STORIES ABOUT THIS BUSINESS. They are in Sun City too, I can just imagine all the elder folks they screw over.
