  • I cannot comment on any department except for the service department. I had called about purchasing a navigation cd. I was quoted a price of $225 for the cd and installation. I asked them what the installation detailed and they gave me some bogus explanation that they have have to hook it up to a monitor and it will take about 30minutes. Also, when I asked the representative for the part number for the navigation disk he became indignant saying that they have the same price and the disk had to be for Lexus only not Lexus and Toyota, which is not necessarily the case since I bought one on line which works perfectly and I installed it myself which took a total of 5 minutes. They really need to treat their customers with a little more respect since a quick search on the internet can easily prove them wrong.
