  • This turned out to be the worst escape room experience we've had thus far. Although the room itself could have been very fun and cleverly laid out, the lack of organization and general poor performance of the staff unfortunately took away from our experience. One major clue was given away before the game began because the staff left the clue box open. Another two clues did not work because of set up and technical issues. Despite this, the staff did not bother to apologize or offer compensation. We had planned a great night out with our group of eight, but arrived at our location to find that two strangers had been added to our room without any prior notice. The staff members were generally poorly prepared and rude. We would not recommend this location and will not be returning.
