With perfect credit and borrowing less than half the value of the house to refinance, you'd think the loan would be a slam dunk. Because of First Financial internal issues (blaming an outside processor they'd hired ISGN, which supposedly now they've fired), the loan took over three months to get approved. The only reason I put up with it was because it was a good rate, no-cost loan. You'd think they'd apologize and try to do what they can to make up for their poor performance. Instead, the papers they sent over had a higher interest rate and fees and when I called them they said that was the best they could do. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from these charlatans.
