  • We set a date a few weeks out for an 11 AM appointment. We also had a few email correspondences prior in regards to supplies I needed to have ready etc. He then calls/texts us at 8:00 AM the day of and says he's enroute. He showed up shortly after, and we received a message from the gate saying he's here. We missed that call as well, since we weren't expecting him anywhere near this time. The Missus called him back within 5 minutes or so. He said he'd already left and would not return. Then told her we should have put his name on the gate the night before. Well 1) We can't do it the day before, and 2) You're 3 hours early to our appointment. I apologized for the misunderstanding, which it clearly was (by BOTH parties), but he was kind of a jerk about it to be honest. I called my lawn guy and he did the job the next day for 150 dollars less, and then thanked me for the work-no big ego to cater to. I'll gladly give him the remainder of our landscaping renovation this year.
