  • The grounds are exceptional, maintenance requests are quickly answered, office staff is exceptional- friendly and professional. My boxes are never lost, my neighbors are respectful for the most part. Trash service at the door is wonderful, although it leaves stains on the walkways which I don't like. They change grass for every season. The pool and gym are resort like.....continually have resident events that are extremely well thought out and planned. Love this complex...enjoy my garage... would refer friends and family in a heartbeat. Rachel
