  • Absolutely the worst customer service in the valley. Do not waste your time and energy here. All the negative reviews are quite accurate. Called ahead twice about an ice cream flavor to purchase 1/2 gallon of. Called on Friday, said there was plenty. Called again Monday and said yes. Drove 30 miles (60 round trip) and when I arrive, young girl with mid drift shirt tells me they just sold some and no longer 1/2 gallon left. No offer to make it right, or sell me remainder at appropriate price. Young girl behind counter could care less about and gives me immature attitude about the situation. Unethical, unfair and outrageous business practices here. Website says they want to be the best. Bait and switch tactics, lying and unacceptable customer service does not make your business the best. Making it right with a customer who called ahead twice to confirm are good business practices. I would imagine this place will be out of business shortly.
